Gary Silber


Gary Silber is an associate in the Tax Department and a member of the transactional tax team. Gary advises clients on tax matters relating to the business transactions of corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, trusts and individuals with a particular focus on U.S. and global tax matters relating to taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, offerings and financings.

Gary also advises not-for-profit/tax-exempt clients on matters such as applying for and maintaining exemption from federal income tax and minimizing unrelated business taxable income.
